This website currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
We use correspondence to respond to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver our services: the lawful bases are taking steps towards a contract and our legitimate interest in running the business. We use aggregate usage information to improve the website, which is also a legitimate interest. We keep records where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, full stop. The website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, so traffic passes through their systems under their own security safeguards. Beyond service providers of that kind, and professional advisers where genuinely required, your information stays with us.
We keep correspondence for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a genuine business reason to retain it, and we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or provide it to you in a portable form. Email hello@agencyaiuk.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it. A material change, such as introducing analytics that use cookies, will be flagged clearly on this page and consent requested where the law requires it.
